Carrot Cake Porridge

Love starting the day with something healthy that tastes like cake! SO YUM!


  • 2 eggs

  • 400mls milk of choice

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 200grams wholegrain oats

  • 2 grated carrots

  • 80g of sultanas or raisins


  1. Mix egg and milk with whisk in large bowl

  2. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well

  3. Grease a dish and then add mixture

  4. Bake at 180C for 20-30 minutes, until cooked.

  5. Serve with honey and yoghurt
