Ingredients
1/2 cup whipped cottage cheese
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 spring onion, chopped
sliced smoked salmon
1 boiled egg, halved
a drizzle of olive oil
a sprinkle of bagel seasoning (onion powder, garlic powder and sesame seeds- I use the brand Pepper & Me
Instructions
Place cottage cheese in bowl and then add remaining toppings

Black beans, guacamole, salsa, boiled eggs with S&P and taco seasonings
