Cottage Cheese Bowl

These bowls are a great idea for those who need meal prep ideas for lunch or breakfast. Also good for those who are wanting a high protein meal. You can change up the toppings to your liking.


  • 1/2 cup whipped cottage cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes

  • 1 spring onion, chopped

  • sliced smoked salmon

  • 1 boiled egg, halved

  • a drizzle of olive oil

  • a sprinkle of bagel seasoning (onion powder, garlic powder and sesame seeds- I use the brand Pepper & Me


  1. Place cottage cheese in bowl and then add remaining toppings

Variation ideas

Black beans, guacamole, salsa, boiled eggs with S&P and taco seasonings


Cooked lamb, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, olives, seaweed salt
