Chicken Pad Thai

A quick and easy dinner that tastes delicious!


Chicken Marinade

  • 800g Chicken Breast Cubed- 20g Soy Sauce

  • 2 tsp Black Pepper

  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes

  • 2 tsp Olive Oil (for cooking)

Pad Thai Sauce

  • 30g Soy Sauce

  • 40g Tamarind Paste

  • 30g Honey

  • 5g Fish Sauce

  • 15-20g Sriracha

  • 1-2 Lime Juice

For Cooking

  • 4 Garlic Cloves Chopped

  • 1 Medium Onion Chopped

  • Chopped spring onion (green bits- into long strips)

  • 3 Whole Eggs

  • 400g Cooked Rice Noodles

  • Extra spring onion

  • Bean Sprouts

  • 30g Crushed Peanuts

  • Chilli Flakes

  • Lemon Wedges for serving with


1.     Mix all the chicken and marinade together

2.     Mix sauce ingredients together in bowl

3.     Cook chicken and marinade for approx. 8 mins (until chicken is cooked) and then set aside

4.     Add garlic, onion, spring onions to pan and cook for 2 minutes. Move to one side of pan. And then add your eggs. Scramble and once cooked, mix in with garlic.

5.     Add noodles to pan with pad thai sauce. Mix all together and then add chicken, spring onion (long strands of green part), chooped peanuts and bean sproits.

6. Serve with lemon wedges
