A tasty little side dish...
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp raw sugar
2 garlic, chopped
Bunch of pak choy
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1. Mix sauce ingredients together: soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar and set aside.
2. Heat pan with oil and cook garlic for one minute.
3. Add pak choy and 2 tbsp of water. Cook for 2-3 minutes with lid on and cook until soft.
3. Remove from heat and mix through sauce.
