My beautiful clever sister in law handed me this recipe and its so good I have to share! Thanks Kelly!
Cut 2 apples into match sticks and cover with the juice of one lemon. Add cinnamon and ginger to your taste preference. Mix and set aside.
In a large bowl add a - 500gm bag of whole grain oats - 1/2 C currants - 1/2 C sultanas - 1/3 C chia seeds -1/3 C mixed seeds (eg pumpkin and sunflower)
Mix all together and then add 1 L of milk of your choice and 2 cups of plain Greek yoghurt. Mix again.
Fold in apples and leave overnight. This will keep in the fridge for a few days so makes a very easy delicious brekkie. Enjoy😋
