Chocolate and Orange Bliss Ball

Chocolate and orange are such a winning combo that once you have made this once you will be adding this to your favourites list. They can store in the fridge for 2 to 3 weeks. Alternatively you can freeze them. I find freezing works best as it stops me eating them all in one go!!

Ingredients 1 cup cashews 1 cup pecans or walnuts 1 C medjool dates (pips removed) 1/4 C dried dates zest and juice of one orange 1/2 C cacao powder 1 tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp almond butter or other nut butter of choice 2 tbsp of maple syrup

Instructions 1. Combine the nuts in a food processor and blend until resembles breadcrumbs 2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until mixture comes together and is well combined 3. Scoop out mixture and roll out into balls. 4. If you want you can roll balls in chia seeds or cacao nibs for decoration. 5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before eating 6. Mandatory....Leave enough in the blender that you get to lick the spoon after!
