Frozen Yoghurt Blueberries

These little babies will make you feel less guilty for all the frequent nibbling we do in lock-down! So tasty....




Ingredients 300 grams blueberries (fresh or frozen) 60 grams plain Greek yoghurt


Instructions 1. In a bowl, combine blueberries and yoghurt until well coated. 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer individual yoghurt- covered blueberries to the sheet in an even layer. 3. Freeze for at least 30 minutes before transferring to a freezer bag or a freezer-safe storage container. Continue to store in the freezer until ready to eat.
