This scrummy recipe from "Dish Magazine" was the perfect start to a lazy long weekend.
Ingredients 2 C oats 2 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 C raisins 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp sea salt 1 litre of milk of your choice 1 large egg 2 tbsp nut butter (I used cashew nut butter) 2 tbsp honey 425g tin of drained peaches 1 cup of frozen blueberries
Instructions 1. Place the oats, chia seeds, raisins, salt, cinnamon, in a baking dish (30cm pan size) 2. Whisk the milk, egg, nut butter and honey together. Add to oat mix and stir until well combined. 3. Top with peaches and blueberries 4. Bake for 30-35 mins at 180°C fan bake.
Serve with extra milk, cream or yoghurt.
Leftovers are great for weekday breakfasts- like a bircher muesli. Yum!
