Summer Berry Bircher Muesli

I love waking up and knowing that my breakfast is ready and all I have to do is grab it out of the fridge. Especially when it tastes sooooo good! What is even better is it has a good protein content so will keep you full and help with those afternoon crashes...

Ingredients 1/2 C Whole Oats 1/2 C Greek Yoghurt (or see note below) 1/2 C milk of choice 1 Tbsp Chia seeds 1/2 C blueberries (frozen or fresh) 1 grated apple 1 tbsp of pumpkin 1 tbsp sunflower seeds


Instructions 1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Leave overnight and viola by breakfast you have a beautiful healthy meal!


Notes: I have been using the new Vanilla Bean yoghurt from Naturalea. Its delicious, high in protein and low in sugar...perfect!

If I am feeling fancy I will top with some berries, coconut flakes and some chopped nuts mmm.....
