Amazingly quick and super tasty. Perfect for those nights when you have nothing organised!
Simply mix canned tuna, canned lentils, capsicum, feta, spinach, sundried tomatoes, parsley, Olives and capers. Mix in with a lemon, olive oil and shallot dressing (I cooked my onion in olive oil from sundried tomatoes and also added in lemon juice and rind). Done!
