Weekday Lunch

I often get asked "what is something easy and yummy to pack for lunch". This is one of my go to quick lunches that is full of goodies. And of course delicious!

Ingredients 105g can of wild caught salmon 1/2 avocado Handful each of micro greens and sprouted mung beans 2 tbsp of pumpkin seeds.


Throw it on a plate and you are ready to go!

Note: Mung beans are great for helping the liver detoxify. The perfect addition to the diet as the silly season approaches!
