Prawn lovers unite.. A banging salad! This salad is great for a light dinner or lunch. You could also use in tacos made with lettuce, yum!!
Ingredients 200g Cooked prawn Juice of 4 limes Big handful of coriander, chopped 1 red onion, thinly sliced 1 C tomatoes, chopped 2 capsicums, chopped 1 avocado, chopped 1-2 chill, chopped (optional) 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper
Instructions 1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
